Club Owner Joey Morrison is now talking lawsuit against RnB Diva Beyonce. He claims he drew a contract to pay Beyonce $200,000 in order for her to perform at his club tomorrow night. However Beyonce is too busy preparing for her US Tour that kicks off Fathers Day! This is what he had to tell the New York Post!

"I mean, we sold tables for thousands of dollars for
the show, and spent $100,000 renting a soundboard and other equipment as per their stipulations.
What good does her showing up for an hour do me? They’ve been totally unwilling
to agree to another show.”

“We had an overwhelming response from our clubgoers, who were lining up to
buy tickets and tables. This will come as a great disappointment to all of
them,” he claims, adding, “If Beyoncé cancels and doesn’t give us a new date,
this hurts our credibility in night life.”

Well B! Just pay the man back his money, because this concert is way more important! And I will see you there Monday night at MSG!

Tyra Testifies Against Her STALKER

The supermodel-TV host took the stand in Manhattan Criminal Court to testify against her accused stalker, 39-year-old Brady Green, who's on trial for charges of stalking, harassment and criminal trespassing.

According to the New York Daily News, the star was calm as she told the court how terrified she and her staff were in March 2008 when Green attempted to get past security at the Tyra Banks Show studio. The staff wouldn't allow Banks to exit her dressing room. "'Stop! No! You can't leave,' " she claimed they said. "I know I have fans, but I've never in my entire career had my staff act in this way."

The incident has left her shaken to this day. "I fear for my safety," she said. "I feel extremely vulnerable." Prosecutors claim Green even threatened to slash a Banks employee's throat when the person refused to give up the studio address, per the New York Post. "I don't fear for my life—I fear the safety of my staffers," Banks explained. "I fear the safety of my family. I fear the safety of people in my vicinity." She admitted that since Green's phone calls, love notes and the appearance at the studio, she has heightened her security, even having them tail her when she goes for a run.

If convicted, Green faces a maximum of 90 days in prison. But he maintains that he never meant to frighten the face of America's Next Top Model and that he never threatened or tried to date her.

A Letter To My Father

I’ve been inspired throughout my life by special circumstances and unique experiences. Foremost, I grew up with a family that injected me with unconditional love and enduring confidence. This is my foundation … the family holidays and celebrations with my maternal lineage … supportive smiles in audiences at school programs … guiding hands to complete homework and special projects in the wee hours of the morning.

However, I grew up without my father, an irreplaceable force and influence that was absent in my life. I watched other kids enjoy the embrace of theirs, and I searched for a way to reconcile the meaning of my circumstance. Despite my pain, I’ve imagined a life as a good son with my father. Baseball … Playing in School Band … Church … All of the things that he would expect his son to do, I’ve done. I’ve stood in front of audiences to receive awards. I heard their applause and praise. But, the accolades have been absent the sound of his clapping hands and encouraging words … his voice that I could distinguish in my sleep. Where has he been?

Now, I reflect on the journey, the pain, the challenges, and the triumphs through this song. I’m reconciled as a man, no longer a boy, in verse. Now, I know that I’m not alone.
Albert Brown, also known as “Al B Sure!” is my biological father, but Sean Combs, also known as “Diddy” has been a father figure in my life for as long as I can remember. Sean Combs is the person whom I look up to and appreciate as a father. He is the one who help mold me into the person I am today and will always try to live up to his expectations. He has always been supportive of me and I will forever love and respect him. As far as my biological father goes, the “spitting image” is all I have taken from him. Throughout my life, I’ve always wondered about him; Where he was? What was he doing? and most importantly, Was he even thinking about me? The absence of my father has given me a better understanding of what type of man I am going to be. I am grateful for my mom’s love, support, guidance, and for her strength.

Hello World.

I published a “Letter To My Father” recently and the tremendous response deserves my sincere thanks. I’m overwhelmed by how many people took the time to read my letter and listen to my record. I received thousands of calls, texts, comments and e-mails. Thank you for your compassion, support, and understanding.

To those that share my experience, I thank you for your courage. Many of you shared with me your life-experiences without your fathers. I say to you “This is only a season,” one aspect of life. Take the lessons and let them make you stronger and wiser. Commit to never make the same mistake.

I realized I was taking a great personal risk to share my feelings. I thought that revealing this part of my life was necessary. It was an important part of a process to help me understand who I am. I released years of disappointment and pain. My healing has begun.

I haven’t heard from my Dad since I published my letter. I know that eventually our paths will cross in this journey called LIFE. As it has often been said, “Time heals all wounds.” Now it’s time to move on with my journey. A journey where my faith tells me that my father and I will be stronger. Dad, I love you.

AOL Blackvoices recently did an interview with Producer Will Packer in regards to his new film Obsessed. Which hits theaters Friday April 24th!

Judging by the trailer, some folks are thinking that this is the Black
version of 'Fatal Attraction,' the film which starred Michael Douglas and Glenn
Close. Would you agree?

I think two things. One, I don't mind the 'Fatal Attraction' comparison at
all because that film is the gold standard of a sexy adult thriller. They set
the bar. With this film, we have some surprises and twists that that film didn't
have, but it's also in the same vein. In terms of being the Black 'Fatal
Attraction,' honestly, I don't look at this as a Black film. I love the fact
that it has two African Americans in the lead; and I love the fact that it
revolves around them and their family life. For the most part, they are the only
African Americans in the movie. It's about Idris Elba, who works at a very, very
lily white asset management firm and Beyonce is a homemaker. Everyone else in
the film is White. It's not like I was out to make a White film, but I also
wasn't looking to make a Black film. I wanted to make a really good film that
had Black faces in it.

TMZ is reporting in regards to Scott Storch's recent arrest that the lease for an ultra-expensive Bentley that he owned ran out in '07 and he never gave the car back to the Florida-based leasing company. Instead he gave the car to Lil' Kim at some point in time. Storch was arrested and charged with grand theft auto for failing to return the car -- and the repo company figured out that he had given it to Kim.
